For the year 2014 we took a BIGstep back from the world of dogs, We attended only a handful of shows, and only had a couple of litters.Although our beautiful “Irish Cream” has been gone for two years his influence is still being felt. Champion number twenty two, Ch. Reinmaur’s Firefighter, (pictured on the left) completed his Championship in May 2014. Bailey still continues to make us proud. In June we welcomed our second Grandson. Jacob Raymond weighed in at 8 lbs 3 oz. We may be a little bias, but we think he is beautiful! In 2014 two of our favourite shelties passed away “CH. HIGHLEDGE SWEET JUSTICE” who had gone to her forever home just two years ago died suddenly and her house mate Quinny at the age of 13 said goodbye as well. Our sincere condolences to Carol, Brent and Sara on your loses. Our beautiful “CH. HIGHLEDGE AUDITION” has joined Carol and Brent in hopes that her presents has helped easy ease the pain of their terrible loss.In October we heard from Janet Winch in B.C. that Christopher (HIGHLEDGE TWISTING FATE) had picked up another three points bringing his total to five. Christopher is sired by Ch. Reinmaur's Firefighter, and out of Ch. Highledge Audition. We wish them continued success in 2015, in both the Conformation and Performance rings! We finished off the year 2014 by taking our beautiful Veteran (BPIS BPISS CH HIGHLEDGE WILD IRISH ROSE) to a couple of shows that offered the unofficial Veterans Class. She had not been to a show in years and she was so happy to be back in the ring once more. She brought home two Best Veteran In Group Awards and a Best Veteran in Show. We absolutely LOVE this amazing Bailey daughter and hope to be able to continue to show her as she gracefully ages.We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May you have a Happy & Successful 2015! Be good to each other and treat everyone as you would like to be treated. MAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!
